Elan's UK operations network of nine regional offices is geographically positioned to give us a comprehensive coverage of the UK.
Our UK offices are located in London, Bristol, Solihull, Leeds, Altrincham, Basingstoke, Crawley, Edinburgh and Dublin.
Each office provides a full recruitment service with experienced account teams who offer a consistent approach to resource delivery.

European Networks
Elan has 51 offices throughout 16 countries in Europe, very soon to be 53 offices in 18 countries. We provide local "hands on" support to clients and our service has been developed through 15 years of Pan-European recruitment.
As the leading IT recruitment consultancy across Europe we comply with all local legislation. Elan monitors, comments on and adheres to all UK and European employment law. We have dedicated in-house legal, tax, HR and financial advisors who are responsible for devising and managing all legal policies and best practice processes. Our advisors continually monitor changes to the law and where applicable, advise clients and incorporate the changes into agreements with workers. Our policies and procedures in respect of arrangements with our contract workers are reviewed regularly to take into account their effectiveness in respect of compliance with employment/ labour laws in the UK and Europe.
